Where do I park?

​

If your appointment is less than 2 hours:
You can park on the street or anywhere that says parking is free for under 2 hours. The parking authority WILL ticket you if you are longer than 2 hours.

If your appointment is longer than 2 hours:
I recommend parking in the parking garage. The entrance to the parking garage is on 3rd avenue. TAKE YOUR TICKET WITH YOU. I offer parking validation on all hair appointments that are longer than 2 hours.

FOR SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS ONLY:

Parking is free on the street and at the courthouse. The parking garage is closed Saturdays.

Where is the suite located?

I am in the Lathrop building on 2nd avenue. The entrance to the building is on 2nd, across from the Big Ray’s parking lot. Go up the elevator or the stairs to the 4th floor and I’ll meet you in suite 412.

What if I am not happy with my service?

f you are not satisfied with your hair within 7 days of your appointment, please reach out! Sometimes the hair might not be laying quite the right way or not enough hair was cut off or maybe the toner wasn’t quite right. These things happen and I am happy to fix my work at no extra cost. I am human and an artist. I try my best to replicate what I see in the inspiration photo to the best of my ability. If I see that a color or style won’t be successful, I will bring it up during the consultation.
Remember, you green light what I do. If you decide later you don’t like it, that will require a new appointment.

How to prepare for your visit:

For all appointments, please come with your hair down, dry and detangled.

Even though I will wash your hair, please come with your hair washed within the last 48 hours.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Guests will receive text and email notifications when the appointment is made, in addition to 72 and 24 hours prior to their appointment. If you receive a reminder and you are no longer able to make that appointment it is required that you call or text Christina that day. This helps open the spot to someone else who might be waiting and gives Christina the opportunity to still earn income during that time booked. Providing less that 24 hours notice requires the client to pay 50% of the service fee booked as a late reschedule/cancellation fee. Same day cancellations and no shows are both subject to being charged 100% of the service booked. This is because it does not provide Christina with time to offer the spot to others or the opportunity to fill it. Because operation costs still occur, the salon loses money if there is a same day cancellation or no show. Emergencies happen and somethings are our of our control, please reach out if you have any questions about these policies.
